Guangshen Electric Safety Production Accident Emergency Plan and Fire Fighting Exercise

In order to prevent from crucial accidents and casualties,we have to make right decision immediately in emergency.Rescuing the wounded,evacuating the injured and lowering the loss is always First.Some effective measures like Production Accident Emergency Plan and Fire Fighting Exercise should be taken to help the staff improve the safety awareness before the accidents happen.

In manufacturing industry , the number of working people is very huge,the electric circuit is too complicated,and lots of combustible materials are placed together.Once the accidents happen ,it is very easy to cause big calsualties.We have to pay very much attention to the combustile materials like gas in the storage.All the raw materials and products should be placed on the backing board in case of getting wet and self-ignition.For the safety,we must check the storage regularly.

Fire Extinguishers should be prepared in workshop,wharehouse,office,dining room,and dorm in case of emergency. And we have to check the extinguishers regularly.

 

In order to make it practical,we must  pay attention to every process of the Production Accident Emergency Plan and Fire Fighting Exercise.

we have to establish  groups which are in charge of the organization including every process of the Exercise.

It should be divided into groups.

1.On-site Command Group:Its main job is to guide the people and keep order on site in case of emergency;popularize the safety common sense and safety awareness for the  staff;check and renew the fire-fighting equipments regularly ;organize the teammates to rescue the injured and evacuate the people around when it gets fire alarm;teach the staff how to escape and help each other in emergency.

2.Communication and Interaction Group:Its main job is to communicate and interact with fire station,hospital,police,ect.

3.Fire-fighting  Group:With the command of On-site Command Group,it organizes all the teammates to put out the fire by the prepared fire-fighting equipments.

4.Evacuation and Rescue Group:Its main job is to rescue the trapped persons ,evacuate  the people around,and send the injured to the hospital.All the teammates have to follow the Commanders’ instruction.No one is allowed to get close to the burning area without the commanders’ permission.

5.The Relief Group:Its main job is to prepare the required equipments for the firemen and rescue the materials.

The commander releases the smoke flares,and then sets off the fire alarm.

All the staff should escape from the workplace immediately when the fire alarm runs.In the process,all the people should bend down,walk along the wall,cover the noses,eyes and mouth by their clothes because the hot air and smoke  floats up.For the safety,every one must pay attention to the Production Accident Emergency Plan and Fire Fighting Exercise

For the safety,Every leader of the group must confirm the number of the staff in evacuation .

The instruction will be follwed by the instructors after finishing the Exercise.The Instructor should explain and instruct how to use the fire Extinguishers correctly .

How to use the fire extinguishers

1.It should be placed on ground. 2.Take out fire entmguisher.3.Pull out safety pin.4.Right hand holds the pressure handle,and the left hand holds the nozzel and Jet aiming at the root of flames until the fire getting put out.5.It needs to do several times in case of the flame getting reburning.

Some employees got nervous in the process of the instruction.Totally,the Emergency Exercise is practical. The staff learnt how to use the fire extinguishers and put out the flames successfully.
