“We wanted to make the school unique and help market it,” Sherri Johnson told me this week. 4 Put the egg yolks into a small bowl. Whisk to mix and then whisk in ½ cup of the warm milk mixture to gently warm the yolks. Pour this mixture back into the remaining milk in the pan. "It’s just a really unfortunate incident," says Dre. "Maybe [Knight] was looking for trouble. I don’t know."

Neal said he employs 45-50 at the Ludington restaurant in the off-season and about 100 in the summer. "It’s crazy in the summer. How it went through two studios, overcame decades-old feuds, underwent countless rewrites — not to mention an alleged vehicular homicide ("a really tragic incident," says Dre) — and still was filming in North Hollywood as little as three weeks ago to finally emerge intact for its Aug. 14 opening date.
